Hi! We are Joe and Ashley Uccellini, owners of Underground Athletics and Curby 3-Style Wrestling Club. We opened our club in March of 2014 in historic downtown Troy, N.Y. Our dream was to bring together wreslters of all ages, abilities, genders and backgrounds to create a fun and challenging atmosphere where kids could grow and perfect their technique. Creating Olympic caliber athletes right here in Troy, N.Y. We offer classes Monday - Friday, open division wreslting and private lessons on Saturdays and Sundays. With all this technique and practice comes a desire to put what you learn into action. What better way than hosting our very own wrestling tournament?

Headlocks on the Hudson is a family friendly, festival feel, Olympic style wrestling tournament. We want to bring a unique event to downtown Troy in hopes of creating something different and unforgettable. Food vendors, along with chair massage, chiropractic and athletic taping will be available for athletes as well as spectators.
